WHAT IS SINIGANG COLLECTION:

What was a mere play in 2010s to convert popular logos to one of the popular dishes, Now I recreated more and more of these designs turning into a humble collection.

On the other hand, my ULAM Collection keeps growing too. From Nine Dishes to over 20 other dishes.

Being Filipino is all about this, , , , and . After an epiphany from a local event Filipino Food Movement Australia Festival last April, I reintroduced my "Nine Dishes" to the public and was a success. Fast forward this year, I created more dishes. Watch the space.
