Coral Dream 🪸✨

Growing up on the doorstep of the Great Barrier Reef, I’ve always been inspired by the incredible colours, textures and tiny details hidden beneath the surface. Those memories naturally found their way into this design.

Coral Dream brings together delicate corals, flowing sea plants and soft pastel tones to capture that peaceful, whimsical feeling of drifting through an underwater garden.

It’s one of those patterns that slowly came to life, adding little details along the way until it felt just right.

Now officially added to the pattern library, with a couple of project already being with it. 💙

It’s funny how hard it can be to slow down and actually live in the moment.

Then you get out on the water and somehow it happens without even trying.

The world gets a little quieter. The stillness and reflections on the water, the tangled mangrove banks, the rainforest, the changing weather, the ripples behind the boat and all the little signs of life around you.

Maybe you’re hoping to catch a fish, maybe you’re watching for what you might discover around the next bend, or maybe you’re just sitting there taking it all in.

For a little while, the things that usually feel so important disappear.

You’re left with the simple things… being there, enjoying the moment and having not a worry in the world.

That’s the feeling I wanted this painting to hold.

Inspired by the beautiful Daintree River in Far North Queensland, Australia. 🌿

A little side note… this painting, along with my Marano’s Corner painting, was awarded first place in its category at our local show exhibition, which was a really lovely surprise. But I was even more proud to see the beautiful paintings both my daughter entered into the exhibition too. There’s something really special about seeing her love of creativity and art growing.

Well, here’s the second drop… Coral Dream shirt. 🪸💙

Inspired by growing up on the doorstep of the Great Barrier Reef, this design is filled with soft corals, flowing sea plants and dreamy ocean colours. It’s a little different from our usual range, but I couldn’t resist turning this pattern into a fishing and lifestyle shirt.

I’m not going to lie… I think I might be slightly in love with this one. 🥹✨

Coral Dream is now available for pre-order in both short and long sleeve polos over on the website. I can’t wait to see these out exploring the tropics, out on the water, or wherever your adventures or lifestyle take you.
