About Hi Tech Creative
Hi Tech Creative is the creative services arm of Hi Tech ITworX, a leading IT Support company with 4 locations across regional NSW. We are a small and tight knit team with a focus on helping rural businesses with their branding and website needs. Alongside design, we developed our own website builder platform called OVA Website Builder Platform in 2020 to help clients with their online visibility.

About The Role
We are looking for an applicant to assist in the day-to-day communication and sales with clients as well as assisting with our Creative Design & Network Administration teams with tasks.

What’s In It for You?
▪️Full-time position with a 38hr working week
▪️Ability to work remotely and/or from one of our offices (Mudgee, Bathurst, Parkes and Orange NSW)
▪️On the job training with both our creative and network administration teams

Daily responsibilities will involve but not limited to:
▪️Liaising with clients via phone, zoom and/or email to assist them with inquiries
▪️Delegating tasks to appropriate departments
▪️Generating quotes
▪️Assisting the creative team with Graphic & Website Design tasks
▪️Assisting the network admin team with Website Hosting tasks

Necessary knowledge and skills:
▪️Excellent communication skills, you are a team player and can work independently
▪️Customer Service experience, and feel comfortable speaking with clients via phone, zoom and email
▪️A TAFE or University Qualification in relevant field(s): eg. Design and/or IT qualification
▪️Experience with WordPress (including administration, basic development, and basic knowledge of multisite systems)
▪️Experience with cPanel hosting management and administration, WordPress hosting environments, Email Hosting, Domains & DNS
▪️Working knowledge of design programs such as Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator

Preferable but not essential skills:
▪️Design Experience using WordPress CMS (HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript knowledge a bonus but not required)
▪️Troubleshooting and code PHP
▪️Basic Linux skills
▪️Understanding of GIT

WEBSITE REDESIGN 🎉

Client: Brindleys Chartered Accountants

The new website for Brindleys was designed with improved navigation and mobile responsiveness inside a modern, clean look.

The top navigation has been simplified to include a handful of clear links without clunky drop-down menus. It’s now fully responsive and can now be read comfortably on any device.

Scrolling down, we now see modern responsive layouts with modules for services and staff followed by a call to action banner for booking consultations. The footer navigation is much improved, organised into easily understood sections.

Overall, the redesign gave birth to a lighter, more modern design accompanied by cleaner navigation, layouts and use of colour.
