Attilio Maiorano and his team from Convivo Byron Bay were amazing and the Italian inspired menu was on point for our Lean Timms workshop.⁠

Freshly made pasta, a tiramisu that was incredible and cake after cake after cake! ⁠

About a week back, I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a workshop led by , set in the beautiful hinterlands of Byron Bay . I’ve attended several of Lean's sessions because they are simply outstanding! Each event takes place in uniquely stunning settings, adorned with exquisite styling and design at every turn. This particular gathering featured the culinary expertise of and his crew, who presented the most delectable morning teas and lunch. The food was extraordinary and offered fantastic material for capturing photos during the preparation and serving stages. Another highlight was having .gardener present on-site! So nice to met all the other inspired photographers too 💛

"Fairlight Maison" is one of Fairlight's earliest and most lovingly restored Victorian terraces, dating back to 1860. Just a 10-minute walk from Manly Beach, this two-storey home is divine, all styled by Jay Jay with impeccable detail. I stayed in this Air Bnb a while ago and now it is for sale. A unique piece of real estate that is for sure. ⁠

More delicious coffee from Sweet Petites at 22 Darling St North Tamworth. Right next door to Playing House Interiors, it's a gorgeous spot to have a wander and have a coffee. All enhanced by exceptional baristas using Little Big Dairy Co milk. I had a seriously good cappuccino and a vegetable tart!
