We are looking for the right person to fill a critical front facing role at our growing software development company.

If you have a genuine interest in helping customers achieve their goals, like the complexity of technology and people, and have high enthusiasm for getting things done, we want to hear from you.

This role will be based in the Sunshine Coast, partly working from home and partly from an office. We are flexible in terms of engagement - casual, part time or full time, depending on the applicant.

Tasks include:

* Answer the phone when customers call, and collect critical information and talk with our team and developers as needed
* Assist with reconciliation and some book keeping
* Editing/proofing documents, quotes, invoices, proposals, sometimes a mix of technical and non technical
* Set up new users in a variety of systems
* Research and summarise various business and technical topics
* Replying to people on behalf of Bitplex on linked in and other social media
* Organising office needs
* Some document management
