Todays job. A client had an old laptop with a dead battery. Even with mains power it was unable to boot.

Sadly there were important photos stored on one of the drives.

Lachie was able to retrieve the drives, transfer the wanted files to an external drive and upload them on to the client’s new laptop.

One very relieved customer.
