There's a real difference between building a personal brand and building a business that has a clear, confident identity. One is about you as a person — your face, your story, your content schedule. The other is about what your business does, who it does it for, and what it stands for. Most small business owners I work with don't need the first one. They need the second. And Instagram has done a genuinely confusing job of convincing everyone those two things are the same.
