How do you help ? ⚒️🛠🧰
We assist you in become more comfortable with your devices, wether that be assisting you setting up your device including application of screen protectors or showing you how to use your device to suit your needs.
What tech do you specialise in ? 📱📞💻
Primarily IOS and android devices ranging from phones iPads and tablets but have some experience with Windows and Mac as well. If you have any further questions I’m regards don’t hesitate to ask.
How do you conduct appointment’s ? 💻📱😊
We are currently available over the phone and online what better way to do introduce you to your device than to actually get you using it!
And what specific experience do you have ? 🧰🛠😊
I have worked in customer service for more than 10 years, in this time I have worked in many different tech based roles and most recently I worked for a telecommunications company. In this role I assisted people in better understanding their devices among other things and found my passion was in doing so.
I have also worked in call centres in the past and have really enjoyed doing so.
