Equip Multimedia is gearing up for a busy run of events and we’re looking to grow our crew with experienced, reliable legends to join the team.

📍 Based in Cardiff NSW, we produce festivals, concerts, corporate productions, government events and premium experiences across Newcastle, the Hunter and beyond.

We’re currently seeking:
🔧 Bump In / Bump Out Crew (General labour)
🔊 Audio Technicians
💡 Lighting Technicians
📺 Vision / AV Operators
🚚 Truck Drivers

Big plus (but not essential):
• MR or HR licence with truck driving experience
• Forklift ticket
• Rigging tickets / EWP
• Experience on large-scale or high-profile productions

If you’re punctual, professional on site, easy to work with and able to perform under pressure as part of a fast-paced team — with a genuine passion for live events — we’d love to hear from you.
