MEDICINAL CANNABIS DRIVING LAW RALLY
From 1 December 2026, Queensland will introduce tougher drug driving penalties with fines doubling, longer licence disqualifications and repeat 'drug drivers' will face mandatory imprisonment. In 2027, expanded roadside drug testing will allow police to conduct more tests and process drivers more quickly. This will affect all those who travel across the border, for work, to shop or merely visit friends or family and is simply stigmatising and prohibitionistic, medical discrimination!
