I'm not one to usually do this, but my little business has been hurt by some cruel people, and I'm not going to take it.

In May 2021, I was approached by Charlie Burkhardt to create a website for his business 'Westside Offshore'.

After completing his site and chasing him for payment, Charlie finally said he would pay half of the agreed price in August 2021 and the remaining half in September 2021. To date he has not paid anything, and has refused any communication with me since. The website has been listed as ‘under maintenance’ since, and was only accessible via my login and password, so that it was not live until paid. I referred his account to a debt collector, which had no success after 6 months, Mr Burkhardt just avoided them.

On Friday 18/3/22, he reached out to me and asked to settle the issues. I agreed that if he paid the balance in full, I would release the website and all passwords and access.
Instead, he had 'Epsoft Computer Services (WA)' (owned by David Epps) change the administration email from myself, and block my access to the site completely.
The Website is now live again, and it is entirely MY work (although my name/business name has been taken off the site).

It has costed me to chase him with debt collectors, and the initial costs to create his website.

I am absolutely devastated and so upset. Charlie and David have stolen my work, and I just can't fathom how some people can be so cruel.
I have a mortgage, bills and I'm just feeling so discouraged after this.

I’m terrible at posting/remembering to post, but I thought I’d close out 2021 with one of my favourite projects done this year!

Centre Of Attention Makeup Artistry released her Colourful Language Palette earlier this year, and I was lucky enough to be involved and designed the brochures that came with it! I’m super proud of this! And of Courtney, selling out the first launch within 30 minutes! 🙌🏻😍

Thank you all for supporting me this year, for liking my posts, sharing my page, recommending me to a friend. It means the absolute world to me! ❤️

And a special shout out to my partner in crime Centre Of Attention Makeup Artistry - thank you for the endless opportunities, believing in me and being my biggest cheerleader. I am so grateful for you! 💞
