🥇🥇... How to Win.. In Business... 🏆🏆

So many options... (paid advertising, door to door, sub contracting 🤷‍♂️

Some thoughts...that we would normally work through as part of the workshop:

👉 Listing out what has worked and hasn't worked and where and why?
👉 Developing a risk matrix of the entire business
👉 Discerning what activities have been the most effective (80/20 rule)

End result... a defined list of activities with a metrics around effectiveness.

This makes it easier for a business to define how to put your best foot forward (giving you the best chances to win) 😉.

To answer this query... it might be important to think in terms of competitive advantages... right.

Does the business stand to gain market ground quickly if you focus on your neighbourhood, community? niche?
regional 🦘? maybe focus on state ? or specific domain (Government, deeper in the circles of the niche), country wide?
National or global, all of the above or simple keep it digital (i.e. all of the above and then some).....🤷‍♂️.
