The 2025 tailwinds for Komo were undeniable, with the main wind blowing from engagement.

Engagement was no longer optional. It became how we started to measure success, and it is only just getting started.

The brands that won this year were not the ones with the biggest budgets or the flashiest activations.

They were the ones who stopped treating engagement as a campaign and started treating it as a system.

We built Kai (Komo AI), fixed Loyalty, reimagined Surveys, built the most robust and flexible gamification and competition engine, and launched the Engagement Operating System.

’s produces shows like Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, Below Deck, and many other fan favourites. Every couple of years, they bring some of the world’s most passionate fans to Vegas to celebrate their love for these shows and the reality TV stars that make them.

This was Komo’s bread and butter: passionate fans who want to prove their fandom, win exclusive prizes, and enhance their time on-site with a digital experience that seamlessly integrates into the run of show.
