This year it was Holey Moley fun followed by a beautiful dinner at Bonsai.

We were missing a few peeps, but never fear — we certainly made up for it with plenty of laughs, great conversations and good times.

I love starting the year with good vibes and positive energy. It sets the tone for what’s ahead and reminds us that culture matters just as much as results.

Scan to Email Stopping from 1 March.

Here’s What You Need to Know

You may start hearing that scan-to-email on photocopiers is stopping.

That’s not a rumour.

Microsoft is changing how devices are allowed to send email through Microsoft 365.

From March 2026, older username-and-password logins for scan-to-email will be turned off.

I’ve recorded a short video below that explains:
• Why scan-to-email may stop working
• Who this actually affects (and who it doesn’t)
• Why the photocopier still works perfectly
• The 3 ways to keep scan-to-email working
• The real costs involved with each option

If scan-to-email is important in your business, this is worth understanding before it becomes a problem.

Here’s the key point 👇

❌ This does not affect everyone
✅ It only affects businesses where scan-to-email is sent through Microsoft 365 / Exchange using a stored username and password
✅ If Microsoft isn’t involved in sending your scans, this change doesn’t apply

The simplest way to think about it:
🔑 The photocopier isn’t broken.
Microsoft changed the lock — and new keys are needed.

Please repost, as this is a worldwide issue and we need as many business to know before March 1st, 2026.

We just wrapped up our Coffee & Tech Talk event, and the feedback was unanimous:

“WOW, we didn’t know this tech existed!” 🎉

Here’s what we showcased:
🖨️ Managed Print Services – So many guests were surprised to learn that commercial printers cost less than retail ones… and they’re paying way too much for toner and parts! One lucky attendee even won a Lexmark MFC as our door prize!

📽️ CommBox – Wil Johns did an incredible job demonstrating the Aussie-built interactive board that’s changing the game for video conferencing and e-whiteboarding.

📞 VoIP Phone Systems – A hot topic! Most wanted to ditch their mobile numbers without losing flexibility. Our VoIP mobile app blew them away!

🧠 3D Printing with MakerBot – We sparked heaps of ideas, with guests seeing real applications for 3D printing in their businesses.

Best part? Guests left genuinely excited to implement these solutions immediately. That’s the kind of impact we love to make.
