After years of struggling to land any fulfilling work, finally a real gem has come along. Coincidentally, this is 99 *Hope* street, White Gum Valley.
The clients have a special needs daughter, for whom they're transforming this narrow lot site for, asking for a first floor addition specifically designed around her needs.
While aesthetics play a big part in architecture, for me, the driving force is the humans that occupy the spaces and how the spaces are not only suited to their needs but bring out the best in them.
This is why I am passionate about architecture. It's for people. And the brief has all the hallmarks of a dream job - great location, sustainable considerations, harmony with nature, but most of all for the people who inhabit it. And this is a dream job I am planning to deliver beyond expectations.
Looking forward to this 🤗
