Coexist Design Studio is a small, one man practice and I specialize in residential design - everything from small projects like carports, garages and fences; to large projects such as major renovations and new house plans. The core values of Coexist Design Studio is about providing a quality design service that is client-centred. As the name Coexist suggests, everything I do I do in the best inter
ests of the client. In other words, all designs and ideas are created specifically for the clients needs and wants. Nothing that is done is done for the sake of it - every decision revolves 100% around the client and how I can help you achieve your goals in the simplest and most beautiful way whilst adding in my expertise. I am an exceptional listener and have the ability to read between the lines of a clients desires, delivering projects over and above expectation. I have a Master of Architecture degree, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Drafting and my experience is quickly growing with some of my largest projects nearing completion. As I am still within the first few years of my practice, my fees are generously low for the type of work I do - but I don't plan on having fees this low for very long as my experience and expertise is growing.
