Founded by Richard Magalad, former staff member of State Bank Victoria's Information Systems Department where he worked various departments in foreign exchange, treasury, retai
l branches and credit cards, which provided an extensive understanding on how technology is used for different environments, then in a dual-position in an accountancy firm as the Systems Administrator and as an accountant. Four years in this position revealed the market to offer IT services to the SME market, hence the start of ITR Australia.
