🚗A cool little job in the workshop recently on this modern Volkswagen Beetle. Definitely not something we see every day, and it’s still got that iconic Beetle style with a modern twist.
The customer was having issues with the headlights, so we tracked down the fault and got everything sorted for them.
We really appreciate customers making the trip to see us — this one travelled a couple of hours after being recommended to us! Thanks for the support!

🚗 Holiday Break Notice from the Team at Proserpine Auto Air & Electrical 🚗
Hi everyone,
Just a quick update to let you know that we will be closed from today, Friday 27th March, and reopening on Tuesday 7th April.
Lisa and Ray will be heading down to Brisbane for some important check-ups, followed by a well-deserved break over the Easter long weekend.
We’d also like to share that Terry has officially retired, with yesterday being his final day. We thank him for dropping everything and helping out after the accident last year — and don’t worry, you’ll still see him popping in from time to time!
From all of us — Ray, Lisa, Jake, Terry & Flynn — we wish you a safe and enjoyable break, and we look forward to seeing you when we return.

Powering His Adventure! 🔋🚙⚡

We recently completed a clean power setup in a customer’s 79 Series LandCruiser, getting it ready for life off-grid and on the road.

This install features the Redarc Nomad 40 Power Panel paired with a Redarc 3000W inverter, all powered by a Superslim 200Ah custom lithium battery. A compact but powerful system designed to keep the essentials running wherever the adventure leads.

Keeping freight moving! 🚛🔧⚡

Attended a breakdown where the roll-back on the trailer had stopped working. Turned out to be a small fault that was hiding itself well, but after a bit of fault finding we got it sorted and the truck back moving again. Another job done and freight rolling!

At Proserpine Auto Air & Electrical, we look after Warren’s Transport’s fleet of trucks and machinery for all their air conditioning and auto electrical needs.

Recently, we repaired a faulty fan in the bunk cooler on a Western Star, which had stopped it from working properly. We also gave the unit a full service while we were there — now the driver can enjoy a cool, comfortable night’s sleep and stay well rested for the road ahead.

We also tracked down and fixed a couple of electrical gremlins in a Kenworth T909, getting it back on the road and doing what it does best — keeping on trucking.
