•How to Order
Please Message me with your requirements and quantities in which you will get a quote.
- Once we start the order and complete a proof we send that proof to you to approve - if not approved and changes are made there is no additional fee, if approving please go over every detail to ensure no spelling is wrong, dates, times etc .. once it's approved it goes up for printing once PAYMENT is received.
•How Long Does It Take? Depends on my current work load, keep in mind 1 job can be done within a day if it's approved straight away and there is no other jobs on at the same time, the same job make take weeks if you keep changing things and adding things. I allow 2 days for your artwork in which most will be approved by then if you have not approved it in this time frame then you will be rebooked in for amendments.
•Payment
All items are custom made and must be pre-paid before we start work - Strictly No payment, No print.
•Postage
All items are sent via Australia post or Couriers - every item sent will have a tracking number so nothing can go missing.
•Refunds/Exchange
-Sorry No refunds - everything is custom made to order and can not be re-sold
-Faults - Please let us know and if there is a fault we will fix it, if it can not be fixed then we will offer a replacement of the item - if the item is no longer in stock then we may offer a refund.
•Hours
Appointments can be made during business hours only - outside these hours please contact me
•Pickups
Pickups can be done 7 days a week but MUST be pre-arranged on the day.. This is to be done from Deer Park Wreckers 1059-1065 Western Hwy, Deer Park (this is just a pickup store - no cod etc everything to be prepaid for) - Please see Mick at front counter
