A friendly re-introduction, since it's been a while for some of you.
We are OnePassport, an Australian platform that holds and verifies workforce credentials, so verified workers aren't stuck re-proving themselves every time they change jobs.
Here's the idea in plain terms: when someone working in a sector like childcare gets their Working With Children Check, first aid certificate, or other qualifications verified, that verification should belong to them. Not get locked away in one employer's filing system, never to be seen again.
Right now, that's exactly what happens.
Change jobs, and you start the paperwork from zero. Same documents and person, just a new folder.
OnePassport lets people carry their verified credentials with them – from job to job, employer to employer – so the proof travels, and nobody has to repeat themselves unnecessarily.
We're currently running a pilot with childcare centres in Perth, WA, alongside ACA WA, and we'll be sharing more about how it's going over the next few weeks.
