Harvey Norman Ipswich sold an ARM Windows laptop to a customer of mine after she specifically asked for an x86 machine. When she tried to return it for another one, she was told they don't accept it if the box was opened, despite the fact it hadn't even been turned on.
Do not buy from there. If they want to act like a dodgy mechanic and BS their customers into purchasing something they didn't ask for, then refuse to take it back, then they're not worth your business.
