Requirements: Police check & drivers licence. Must have immaculate presentation. Knowledge of computers is an advantage.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant. Must be willing to assist with week-end work when required.

We are looking for technically minded, well-presented, energetic, can-do individuals with outstanding customer service skills to provide services across all areas of the Rockhampton region.
If you are self-motivated, highly organized, can work efficiently on your own and have a strong work ethic, then this may be the role for you.
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for:
·Installing, Upgrading, Replacing and De-Installing Eftpos terminals & electronic equipment onsite.
·Providing on-site training to merchants.
·Providing superior technical analysis and customer service.
·Handling customer phone calls and logging jobs
·Providing basic remote support
·Administration duties in the workshop
PC & Mobile repair or Eftpos installation experience an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate would have both technical aptitude and a proven strong customer service record.
