💙 Supporting Sophie 💙

As a local Rocky business, we’re lucky to work alongside some truly wonderful people and right now, someone close to one of our team members needs the support of our community.

Sophie, the girlfriend of one of our workmates, has been facing serious and ongoing medical challenges after more than a decade of neurological symptoms and searching for answers. She has now been diagnosed with a large pineal cystic mass, which has caused significant complications and continues to impact her daily life, her ability to work, and her quality of life.

Sophie is now trying to raise funds to access specialised neurosurgical treatment overseas, with the costs covering surgery, hospital care, travel, accommodation, recovery expenses, medical imaging, consultations, follow-up care, and time away from work.

This is an incredibly difficult thing for anyone to go through, and asking for help is never easy. But this is exactly the kind of situation where community support can make a real difference!

We’ve recently had multiple distressed customers come into the shop with Allied gaming PCs that are now no longer able to get the warranty support they were promised.

From what we understand, Allied is currently going through financial difficulties, which has made it hard for customers to access normal warranty support even if their systems are still covered. We know how frustrating that is.

To help out, Kerr Solutions IT will support customers through this tough situation.
If you have an Allied system and can provide proof of purchase showing it’s still under warranty, we will offer:
• 50% off labour for fault finding and repairs
• Proper diagnostic testing to identify the issue
• Clear advice on what needs to be done

This applies to fault repairs only (not upgrades), and parts are not included if required. If your system is having issues, bring it in and we’ll take a look.
