Meet Vinnie Manno.

At 84 years old, Vinnie is still a familiar face around AllFresh.

Long before AllFresh began, Vinnie owned the family's original farm on Tozer Road, Waterloo Corner, where the Manno family's journey in fresh produce first took root.

Today, he still works alongside his sons, Tony and Frank, helping source quality produce and sharing decades of knowledge with the next generation.

🌱 IN SEASON THIS WEEK | KALETTES
Have you tried kalettes? Fresh from the Adelaide Hills, kalettes are tasting fantastic this week. A cross between kale and Brussels sprouts, they have a mild, slightly sweet and nutty flavour — and they're incredibly versatile.

Enjoy them raw, roasted, stir-fried, grilled or steamed. For something simple, toss with a little olive oil and salt and roast until the edges are deliciously crisp.
