⚠️️ Another reminder about third-party toner calls

We’re continuing to hear about customers being contacted by third-party companies trying to sell them toner.

If your printer is under a GB Machines print contract, your genuine toner is already included — you don’t need to purchase it separately.

If someone contacts you offering toner and you’re not sure whether it’s legitimate, please don’t feel pressured to agree to anything. Give the GB Machines team a call and we can check it for you.

A quick way to check your Ricoh or Toshiba toner is genuine is shown in the image below 👇

Please feel free to share this with anyone in your workplace who may answer these calls — particularly reception or admin staff.

We love seeing new equipment arrive—but this one is particularly special! 🖨️

The Heyfield News plays an important role in keeping the local community informed, connected and celebrating everything happening across Heyfield. Their previous printer produced an incredible **1.7 million pages over more than six years**, and now they’re ready for the next million!

We were proud to supply their new printer and will continue supporting the team with local service whenever they need us.

A wonderful investment in local news, made possible with support from Wellington Shire Council’s Community Assistance Grant program. Congratulations to everyone at the Heyfield Community Resource Centre—we can’t wait to see what you produce with it!

The Heyfield News has a brand-new printer, and we couldn't be more excited!

Our previous printer was a true workhorse, faithfully printing over 1.7 million pages during its 6+ years of service. That's a lot of community news, event flyers and local stories!

A huge thank you to Wellington Shire Council for supporting the purchase of our new printer through the Community Assistance Grant program and to Gippsland Business Machines for your five-star service and on-going support. Your assistance will help us continue producing the Heyfield News locally and ensure our community stays informed and connected for many years to come.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR GB MACHINES CLIENTS

We’ve recently become aware of third-party companies contacting businesses directly to sell toner and consumables — in some cases even sending unsolicited deliveries and invoices.

If your device is on a toner-inclusive agreement with GB Machines:
✔ All toner is supplied directly by GB Machines
✔ There is no need to purchase toner elsewhere
✔ Please do not install non-genuine toner products

Non-genuine consumables can impact print quality, device performance, and may affect warranty or service support arrangements.

If you ever receive a suspicious call, email, invoice, or delivery, please contact our team before accepting or installing anything.

Welcome to the team, Oly 👋

Meet Oly Gilmour, the newest addition to our AV team here at GB Machines. We're growing our AV arm and with that comes new dedicated staff.

Oly’s a local to Sale and brings a great mix of experience, having worked as both a Theatre Technician and an IT Technician — so he’s no stranger to fast-paced, hands-on environments where the result matters.

Outside of work, you’ll find him playing in a couple of local bands, or relaxing at home with a good book or a game.

He’s already loving the pace and variety of the role, and we’re excited to have him on board as he continues to grow with the team.
