A redesign is not a risk to your rankings. Handing one to someone who hasn't thought about URLs is.

If you're getting quotes, it's a fair question to ask: what's your plan for our existing URLs? Anyone who does this properly will have an answer ready. It's a good way to tell who's rebuilding your website and who's just building a website.

When Leah & Fraser from Arthouse Northside got in touch earlier this year, they had the simple goal to enhance their social media presence while they moved their much-loved art shop from Deagon to Sandgate.

Here's a hot take: not every founder should be the face of their brand.

If being on camera feels awkward and forced, you find it hard to connect with your audience, or you're simply much better at running your business than creating reels... that's okay.

Great social media strategy isn't about putting the founder in front of a camera at all costs.

It's about:
✨ Knowing your audience and speaking their language
✨ Creating content that's actually worth saving and sharing
✨ Having a clear, consistent brand voice
✨ Giving your audience a reason to take action
✨ Showing up authentically, whatever that looks like for your brand
