We are looking for our next IT ‘superhero’ to join a small, tight knit crew of four at an incredibly busy IT Company based out of amazing offices in the Caribbean Business Park, Scoresby. We provide ‘superhero level’ support and solutions to small and medium sized businesses in Melbourne and we are currently building our clientele all around Australia & New Zealand.
We have an exciting, full time position available for a First Level IT Support Consultant. In this role, you will provide 1st and some 2nd level IT support to customers, both remote and onsite. This role is highly varied and will challenge your googling skills but has huge potential for growth & development.
Whilst this position will be predominantly working out of our offices there is a flexible component in and around working from home (the silver lining of Covid times!!). Our new team member must be able to work autonomously, have a vehicle and valid drivers license to be able to apply for this role.
Our ideal candidate must love talking about meme’s, have a high level of initiative, be approachable, an excellent communicator and passionate about delivering a high level of service to all of our clients.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
Solid problem solving skills (IT)
Team Player and can work un-supervised
Smart business attire
Quickly learn new environments and systems
Ability to handle and assisting phone calls for Helpdesk
Enjoy a great hot chocolate
Applicants with any of the following experience is an advantage:
Experience with WatchGuard Products
Degree/Diploma/Cert IV IT (TAFE)
Experience with Microsoft Cloud Services
Experience with VMWARE products
Microsoft Certified (MCSE/MCITP)
