I am using AI tools quite extensively to support and assist in various activities and I must say there are some brilliant results but here is an example of why you must CAREFULLY choose the tools you use and why you must interrogate the answers given.

I was doing some competitor analysis for a client using a new Llama tool (and admisttadly this is in beta) based on Llama. The results listed one of the leading competitors which I then asked for a prfoile n which gave me glowing review. On asking for their website URL (as I could not find them in Google) I was informed that it was a fictitious business - yet it was listed as a competitor....

Well worth reading... my personal opinion is to make payments through known payment services such as PayPal or Google etc as in this way your able to rely on their security protocols

**Am in need of someone who can put this solution together for me**... My client seeks a solution that enables us to **collect paid class registrations** for any one of a couple hundred short courses they conduct adding the details into the CRM in such a way that we can apply suitable workflows and Blueprints for managing a series of pre and post class emails that are to be distributed to each student.

I have looked closely at Bookings, Showtime and Backstage and **none of these meet our requirements** around the automated emails to be sent out and our ability to be able to identify students in any course &/or class.

I believe the solution is readily doable using Zoho FORMS and CRM but I just don't have the bandwidth to pull this together so am looking for someone to assist me who really knows their way around **Zoho CRM, FORMS, workflows, Blueprints** etc I have a more complete description of the requirements to provide to anyone that is interested and can put forward a reasonable solution.
