Do you know:

✓ Your highest-utilised vehicle?
✓ Your most expensive asset to operate?
✓ How much downtime cost your business this year?
✓ Which vehicles spent the most time idling?
✓ Whether your maintenance schedule is truly preventative?

If not, you're not alone.

The end of financial year is the perfect opportunity to move beyond financial reports and review the operational data that drives business performance.

Because the more visibility you have into your fleet, the easier it becomes to identify opportunities for improvement in the year ahead.

As a business that uses its assets to complete jobs for customers, having them available for the maximum amount of time is key.

Using telematics, you can ensure your assets are kept as available as possible through scheduled and predictive maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance is where you can set required maintenance at a scheduled interval, whether it be time, mileage or engine hours.

Predictive maintenance is where certain hardware can be used in conjunction with a telematics device to capture actual equipment conditions to forecast when a repair may be required.

Bonus benefit: Any unit that you add to our Trackd platform will be automatically included in the maintenance scheduling module, allowing you to perform maintenance scheduling and cost tracking on any asset.

End of financial year is almost here.

It's a great chance to step back and look at how your operations are performing day to day.

For fleets and asset-heavy businesses, EOFY can be a good time to review:

- Fuel and operating costs
- Fleet utilisation and vehicle usage
- Maintenance spend and downtime
- Visibility across vehicles, assets, and drivers
- Operational efficiencies that may be costing time and money

Small improvements can have a significant impact over the course of a financial year - especially as fuel, maintenance, and operational costs continue to rise.

What's one operational area your business is reviewing before EOFY?

"What did the telematics industry look like in Australia 10 years ago, and why did you think there was a gap worth chasing?"

Matt: "I think it was pretty much in it's infancy back then and it probably wasn't even called telematics either - it was more about GPS tracking (which was our previous name - GPS Tracking Systems).

It was pretty much a dot on the map, maybe looking at some driver behaviour and trip information.

But it's evolved a lot since then.

I had a tech background, and I just thought that it was a really good opportunity to get into the industry while it hadn't matured in the country".

Farming is becoming more data-driven than ever.

And GPS technology is playing a much bigger role than simply tracking vehicles across a property.

For agriculture businesses, telematics is helping operators gain better control over their vehicles, machinery, and assets in real time.

This looks like:
🚜 Monitoring machinery utilisation
🚜 Tracking assets and vehicles across large properties
🚜 Reducing unnecessary fuel usage and travel time
🚜 Staying ahead of maintenance and minimising downtime
🚜 Receiving alerts for faults, movements, and operational issues in real time

In industries where timing, efficiency, and reliability matter, having better visibility across operations can make a significant difference.

One of the biggest concerns drivers often have around AI dashcams is privacy, especially when vehicles are being used during personal breaks.

That's why smarter fleet technology is evolving beyond just visibility and monitoring.

Our smart AI dashcam includes Privacy Mode which is designed to give fleets the benefits of AI safety while still respecting driver privacy.

Building a strong safety culture isn't just about technology - it's also about trust.

Here's how we've combined safety, transparency and respect for drivers in our AD Plus Smart AI Dashcam: https://buff.ly/TdYbVtc

In recent times, customer expectations have changed.

Faster delivery times, accurate ETAs, real-time communication.

That's where route optimisation makes a real difference.

It's not just about finding the shortest route from A to B. Done properly, route optimisation helps businesses:

- Reduce delays and missed time windows
- Improve fuel efficiency and reduce unnecessary travel
- Dispatch the closest or most suitable vehicle faster
- Improve visibility across jobs and deliveries
- Provide more accurate arrival times to customers

With an increase in operational efficiency comes a better customer experience.

Create a reliable, consistent experience for your customers.
