Helping one of Australia’s largest surveying companies level-up their website.

Veris, an ASX listed company, is Australia’s leading provider of surveying and spatial data services. With 18 offices across Australia and over 500 staff, they provide services across the infrastructure, property, resources, utilities, government, and defence sectors.

Collaborating closely with the Veris team for over 7 months, we surveyed the requirements, defined the digital strategy, and took the website to the next level (sorry had to). The new site reinforces the Veris brand and highlights the scale of their operations through clean design, intuitive navigation and modern digital practices.

Wikhum is a mobile app that creates a peer-to-peer safety network to ensure the safety, security and well being of staff and students in schools. Whether it’s a medical emergency, violence, accidents, harassment or other threats, the Wihkum app enables teachers to render help or assistance when safety is compromised.

We worked closely with the Safe Watch Global team to refresh the Wihkum brand to be professional, modern and dynamic; updating their website (https://www.wihkum.com) to match and to effectively communicate the app’s capabilities and benefits to prospective customers.

The app was in need of a redesign to improve it’s user experience to better meet the needs of it’s users. We refreshed the app’s interface to create a more intuitive, frictionless user experience and to allow users’ to quickly access help with a tap of a button.

Getting a website to rank in one city is one thing. But how do you get a website ranking in every state and city they operate in, all across Australia?

Simples. Nothing great is ever achieved without collaboration and strategy.

We’ve been working with Douglas Partners for a several years now. Initially partnering to deliver a comprehensive new website. With every website we deliver, design and user experience must be considered, but most crucially, it needs to be underpinned by a solid content and SEO strategy. After all, there’s no point having the world’s most well-designed website if no one can find it!

SEO was a two-pronged approach, structural optimisations were complemented by solid content marketing produced by the ever talented Stéphanie Austruy and her team. We then augmented the strategy and content to align with business objectives and services available geographically, so the website performed at a local search level.
