Last Friday got a little brighter (and tastier!) 💜

Emroy joined thousands nationwide in celebrating Wear it Purple Day, a reminder of how important it is to be visible in our support for inclusivity.

R U OK? Day has a special place in the hearts of the Emroy team.

Last year, we ran a virtual session that focused on dealing with heightened feelings of stress and anxiety triggered by the pandemic.

Today, we were grateful to share morning tea together face-to-face, play team-building games and discuss different approaches to handling difficult conversations.

At Emroy, we are lucky to have a supportive work environment where conversations like these are part of our everyday.

While the circumstances may be different from last year, the overall message remains the same - a conversation can save a life.

When Penola Catholic College first approached us, they were looking for something that seemed pretty easy on the surface, but in the world of publications can be quite hard – Penola wanted simplicity.

Naturally, our custom-built project management approach, unique to Emroy and strategically designed to streamline projects like this, was the perfect fit for Penola.

For many years, Emroy has worked with the team at Penola to create their annual school yearbook. As much as we love all our clients equally, the Penola team has a special place in our hearts.

The perfect spot for a meeting with our client, Rowers On Cooks River.

Our marketing specialist and Rowers’ functions manager discuss plans for new packages, promotions and strategies to achieve Rowers’ goals for functions over the next 12 months.

During our visit, it was satisfying to see our creative materials, including posters, menus and banners come to life throughout the venue.

There’s no doubt a visit to Rowers is always our favourite way to spend a sunny Friday :)

When Mitchell, David and Liam took over Waterfront Constructions, they hit the ground running.

By the time the team approached Emroy one year later, their temporary DIY website felt completely estranged from their high-quality, breathtaking projects.

Having access to an extensive portfolio of drone videography and stunning waterfront images, we knew the end result would be nothing short of spectacular.

Waterfront Constructions placed a tremendous amount of trust in our team. Having given the creative scope to do what we do best, their trust made the entire process seamless, enjoyable and successful.

As her business evolved, Sophie B Photography had well and truly outgrown her DIY website.

Full of so many creative ideas for a new website, Sophie needed to work with a team that she could trust to provide unsolicited advice, helping her make tough decisions regarding imagery and content.

We helped funnel down the content and imagery to the best parts, which would showcase her wide range of offerings concisely and cohesively.

It’s safe to say that Sophie was blown away by the result.

Creative, vibrant and intelligent, Sophie B’s talent stretches far beyond her technical photography skills. She approaches each shoot with a passion and enthusiasm that makes any individual instantly feel comfortable in front of a camera.

Burraneer Bay Public School approached us, recognising their current information booklet was missing the “wow” factor that would make a positive impression on new parents of the school.

We designed a functional and aesthetically pleasing booklet that allows important information to be easily accessible while reflecting the school’s vibrant personality and culture.

The start of Kindergarten is an exciting time for both students and their parents. Kindergarten Orientation Day signifies the launch of a child’s learning adventure and offers parents a first glance at the school’s culture. Whitsunday Anglican School prides itself on providing students with a holistic education that enables their students to realise their potential. They required a yearbook that reflected this.

Collaborating directly with their reliable and professional yearbook coordinator, Jaimie, made the design process both seamless and enjoyable.

She kept us informed of when to expect different components, which enabled our team to not only meet their tight deadline but to deliver their yearbook ahead of schedule.

We were extremely proud to hear Jaimie and her team describe the final product as “perfect” and lock in their next yearbook with Emroy.

We are looking forward to working with their team again!

Physical restrictions have increased feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness and frustration, so this year, reaching out and starting these genuine conversations is so important.

As close as you may be to your colleagues, friends and family, sometimes it’s hard to notice how they are really feeling, especially when we are isolated from each other right now.

We took today as an opportunity to focus on our well-being and have some fun. We each wore a splash of yellow and learnt some very surprising fun facts about our team members!

Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College is a vibrant secondary school located in the heart of North Sydney. Fostering the next generation of young women, as they grow, learn and advance to the next stages of their lives. Monte St Angelo required a Yearbook that reflected their bustling student life, valuable contribution to the local community and competitive academic results.

Emroy produced a professionally designed and tailored yearbook that not only highlighted the student’s achievements but captured the year as a whole, serving as a precious reminder for students to look back on their time spent at Monte St Angelo.

It’s safe to say, the teachers, students and parents were absolutely thrilled with the results.
