Good to get out and about in Pyrmont, Sydney, last Thursday for the Design Show Australia.

There's always value in staying active within the industry, seeing what's new, catching up with familiar faces, and understanding where design, materials and manufacturing are heading.

While we were there, we also took the opportunity to visit the new Design + Build Collective space at Jones Bay Wharf. Bringing together Austaron Surfaces , , it's an impressive showcase of products, materials and design possibilities.

The fit out is outstanding, and the space has been thoughtfully designed to help visitors explore, compare and be inspired.

Congratulations to the Austaron team and partners on creating such a fantastic industry resource.

Great this week to be part of the Interior Fitout Association NSW Apprentice & Design Awards Dinner and spend the evening celebrating the next generation coming through our industry.

It was fantastic catching up with customers, industry partners and familiar faces across the trade, and seeing the strong support behind apprentices developing their skills and careers.

Looking forward to seeing the official IFA winners post and celebrating all of the award recipients. ...And great job IFA on an excellent evening!
