OneWiFi & Infrastructure will be building out Mobile Active Neutral Host infrastructure in 25 locations across regional Australia and First Nation Communities under Mobile Black Spot Program Round 7 (MBSP R7).

OneWiFi is pleased to have the opportunity to work with the Commonwealth to deliver the multi-carrier outcomes under MBSP R7, to address the mobile connectivity needs of more regional communities across New South Wales and Queensland. We would like to sincerely thank the Minister for Communications, Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, along with the NSW and QLD State Governments for the continued support and investments for the betterment of telecommunications access in regional Australia and First Nation Communities, and driving the multi-carrier outcomes and vision in MBSP R7.

Having visited and consulted with various Local Governments and communities in regional and remote Australia during our travels, we have heard first-hand of the struggles and intimately understand the dire need of regional Australia for multi-carrier mobile outcomes. Hence, we stand ready to rapidly deploy and switch-on the Mobile Active Neutral Host solution over the next 12 to 24 months, by working with the Commonwealth, State and Local Governments under MBSP R7, and also our strategic telecommunication industry partners to address the urgent mobile coverage needs of regional, remote and First Nation communities.

Over $5.5 million is being invested with OneWiFi and Pivotel to boost mobile coverage for the far west communities of Brewarrina and Wilcannia.

It was a pleasure to share the progress that OneWiFi & Infrastructure has made with the Australian telecommunication industry and policy makers, on taking Mobile Active Neutral Host from concept to reality.

Mobile Active Neutral Host is ‘Ready for Service’ to provide new mobile coverage in a cost-effective manner to regional Australia, while bringing consumer choice through its multi-carrier capabilities.

Broken Hill was the first Australian city to be included on the National Heritage List, due to the city's rich history in mining.

OneWiFi & Infrastructure has successfully delivered a banner pole solution from Urban Aluminium, that fits the heritage profile of Broken Hill, but also incorporated an innovative banner track system that mitigates the need for a scissor lift for future banner changes.

Australia has officially embarked on the era of Active Neutral Host today with the Deputy Premier’s announcement that the NSW Government has entered into a $5.5 million agreement with OneWiFi & Infrastructure and Pivotel Group to deliver enhanced mobile coverage in Wilcannia and Brewarrina under a Mobile Active Neutral Host model.

Unlike traditional models, the Mobile Active Neutral Host solution enables all mobile carriers to offer a service on the network, representing a significant step towards better mobile coverage, greater competition, and real choice for regional Australian communities.

Look forward to working with the Department of Regional NSW on the Mobile Active Sharing Program. And thank you to the Broken Hill City Council for hosting the announcement event at the Smart Tech-enabled Queen Elizabeth Park.

Smart Infrastructure for a Smarter Community to enhance visitor and digital experience!

Completion of a Smart City project at an entertainment precinct in Queensland, where OneWiFi & Infrastructure designed, supplied and deployed a cluster of Smart Poles that incorporated a range of Smart Technologies and IoT applications, including Smart Lighting, CCTV, Digital Signage, PA System, Public Wi-Fi, Air Quality Sensors, Flood Monitoring Sensors, and Wireless Phone Charging.
