Sometimes I can’t believe this is my life.

As a little girl, all I wanted to do was create. I didn’t know what that would look like, but I knew I wanted to spend my days making beautiful things.

That dream led me through years in agencies, working on brands I’d see on supermarket shelves and in homes across Australia. And while I’m grateful for every part of that journey, nothing compares to building something of my own.

Now I get to help founders bring their ideas to life every single day.

I genuinely feel like I was born to create.

And I’ll never stop being grateful that this is what I get to call work. ♥️ Appreciate all your love and support! 🙏

I designed The Little Oasis Bath Co almost 5 years ago.

This week, I’m working on label updates for the brand. And honestly? That’s one of my favourite parts of what I do.

The foundation was built properly from the start… Over the years we’ve refined packaging, introduced new products, updated labels and continued evolving the brand as the business has grown.

But the core identity has remained consistent.

That’s what happens when branding is built on strategy rather than trends.

A lot of business owners come to me after spending years trying to piece things together themselves. Different logos. Different packaging. Different fonts. Different ideas. Everything technically works, but nothing feels connected.

The strongest brands aren’t built by constantly starting over.

They’re built on a foundation that’s strong enough to grow with the business.

Five years later and a change in ownership The Little Oasis is still doing exactly that.

I’ve been seeing a lot of AI-generated logos lately and honestly, some of them look pretty good.

But it got me thinking…

How does AI know if it’s actually the right logo?

How does it know:

• The psychology of your consumer?
• What builds trust in your industry?
• How you want people to feel when they interact with your brand?
• What separates you from your competitors?
• The perception you’re trying to create?

And even if it gets the aesthetic right…

How does that logo function when it’s printed on packaging, embroidered onto uniforms, scaled onto signage or supplied to a printer?

Because a logo isn’t just something that looks good on a screen.

It’s a strategic asset that needs to communicate the right message to the right people and function consistently across every touchpoint of your business.

AI is an incredible tool. I use it every day.

But a beautiful image and a strategic, production-ready logo aren’t always the same thing.
