Samsung s10 Plus charging show moisture and can not charge.

During the heavy raining season. We have a big enquires from customers about their samsung devices can not charge properly, always show the yellow icon and moisture.

Here we go, the moisture from charging port can happen during this raining season if your phone get wet from your pocket. Also, there is a big group of user cleaning the phone by the multi purpose cleaning wipe when they come back home from work (Covid safe).

IPad 7th Gen has an issue with booting. Also stuck at the Apple logo and turn on by itself. We call it Apple logo boot looping.

Case study:
This is one of the hardest issue that all the technician is facing. Nothing is more important than data inside the devices which is the customer don't want to lose.

J5 Pro not turn on.

Haven't seen this phone for long time. All memory come back when customer brought this phone here to do data recovery.

Found the WIFI module getting hot and cause the phone not turn on. Replaced with new WiFi and help customer back up all data to brand new s20 ultra supplied by Phone Lab as well

IPhone Xr no WiFi.

The WIFI module can be dead anytime of the phone life circle. To be fixed, it required a new wifi module to be replaced. But not only that, for the phone to recognise the new WiFi, we must remove the NAND (memory disk) to unlock the security bound with old wifi and allow the new wifi module to work.
