We had an amazing time attending the Kiwi North Showcase! With over 70 incredible North Island operators in attendance, we got a first-hand look at the amazing experiences waiting to be discoverd on NZ's North Island.

One of the highlights? Being welcomed with a powerful haka performance!

As always, it was great reconnecting with our existing partners and meeting potential new customers!

To celebrate Hero's 10 year anniversary this year🎉, we held our first-ever Travel Tech Forum. We had over 60 agents attending from different parts of the world. 🌍

The day kicked off with sessions curated specifically for our Travel Agents, covering:

⏲ Retrospective - Reflecting on where Hero was then and where we are now.

💡New Features - Showcasing what we launched this past year.

🚀Coming up - Presented new functionality that will go live very soon.

👨‍💻The Future of Travel Tech: AI?

💬 Interactive Discussion - Collaborating on the future, with our agents sharing ideas and feedback on our 12-month roadmap!

The afternoon consisted of one-on-one sessions with our Suppliers, finding ways to improve their listing in Hero and answer any questions they may have.

It was fantastic to have everyone in the room, sharing their challenges and opportunities, while exploring how at Hero we can develop our technology to better meet our agents' needs, helping them sell more effectively and smoothly.

Looking back on an incredible four days at the Australian Tourism Exchange in Melbourne last week ✅ 🎉! We had a jam-packed schedule with over 50 appointments and a pretty constant stream of visitors at our stand in the Solutions Hub. We’ve once again loved connecting with our industry partners face-to-face and talking about all things Hero⚡️.

Hats off to Tourism Australia for an incredibly well-organized event.
