We created a simple but Powerful custom Booking management system for Hof Air Conditioning Services Pty Ltd using Microsoft SharePoint,Power Automate and deliver it to the users using Powerapps and Microsoft Teams to their mobile devices because that’s where they work. In return, this has increased their efficiency and productivity immensely.

Hofair can now
1. Book jobs on the go
2. Never forget a job
3. Increase the efficiency of all team members
4. Communicate using Microsoft Teams
5. Notify technicians for a new job assigned
6. Manage workload
7. Time and Paper Saving
8. Reduce admin work
9. Improved overall customer experience

And the list goes on.

All that done by using Microsofts business plan of $6.90/month.
It’s amazing to see how Microsoft is empowering small businesses by providing great business services that they can take advantage from.
