Anthropic built an AI that finds zero-days in every major operating system and web browser.

They say it's too dangerous to release publicly (Anthropic, Fortune, April 9 2026).

So they built Project Glasswing: a coalition of 12 companies (Apple, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Nvidia, JPMorgan, Crowdstrike, and others) to find and patch the flaws first.

The model is called Claude Mythos Preview. Thousands of high-severity vulnerabilities already found. Anthropic's argument: this capability exists whether they release it or not. The question is who gets there first.

The takeaway isn't cybersecurity. It's the ceiling of what AI systems can now do. Mythos isn't answering questions. It's reasoning over codebases, surfacing weaknesses, compressing weeks of specialist work into hours.

Every business has its own version of this task. NFI finds it and builds the agentic system to run it.

Meta just launched Muse Spark. The $135B bet is live.

First model from Meta Superintelligence Labs. Multi-agent orchestration. "Contemplating mode" where multiple agents reason in parallel (Meta, Axios, April 8-9 2026).

Meta AI app shot to #5 on the US App Store in 24 hours.

Context: this is the same Meta that reportedly cut 16,000 jobs and committed $115-135B to AI infrastructure. Muse Spark is what all of that was building toward.

The headline isn't the model. It's multi-agent orchestration. Multiple AI agents reasoning in parallel and coordinating.

This is where every serious AI deployment is heading. Not single tools. Systems of agents doing work.

NFI builds agentic systems at SMB scale.

OpenAI just killed Sora. Six months after launch.

Disney walked away from a $1B investment. No money ever changed hands.

Sora cost ~$15M per day to run. Even OpenAI couldn't make the economics work (Bloomberg, Variety, March 24 2026).

The product was impressive. The maths wasn't.

Disney's deal would have given Sora 200+ Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars characters. All gone.

OpenAI is redirecting the team to robotics. AI video isn't dead. But this product was unsustainable.

The lesson: not every AI capability is worth building. The businesses that win match AI to real problems with measurable ROI.

NFI helps businesses find where AI actually delivers value.

Sora cost $15M a day and OpenAI killed it. Disney walked away from a $1B deal (Bloomberg, Variety, March 24 2026).

Before you build any AI project, ask these 5 questions:

1. PROBLEM: Does it solve a real business problem? 95% of pilots fail (MIT NANDA). Most because the problem wasn't worth it.
2. COST: Can you sustain the operating cost? Model it before you commit.
3. DATA: Is your data ready? Only 21% of enterprises meet readiness criteria (IDC).
4. MEASURE: Can you define success before you build? Less than 30% of CEOs are happy with AI returns (Gartner).
5. MAINTAIN: Can you keep it running? 42% scrapped most AI initiatives in 2025 (beam.ai).

If you can't answer all 5, don't build it.

NFI starts every engagement with question 1. We don't build for the sake of building.

Zuckerberg is building an AI agent to help him run Meta.

It bypasses layers of people. Surfaces decisions. Flags signals across the company (WSJ, Fortune, March 22-23 2026).

Meta employees already use "Second Brain" (built on Claude) as an AI chief of staff.

Zuckerberg suggested other CEOs should do the same.

Meanwhile, Meta is reportedly cutting 16,000 jobs. And their AI agent accidentally leaked confidential data in mid-March.

If the CEO of a $1.5T company is building AI to bypass his org chart, the question for every business owner is: what decisions are you still making manually?

NFI builds AI agents that surface the right information faster.

AI layoffs just jumped from tech to banking.

HSBC is planning to cut 20,000 roles. 10% of its workforce. Over 3-5 years (Bloomberg, March 19 2026).

Focus: KYC, compliance, transaction monitoring. "Basic binary decision-making."

The pattern:
Atlassian: 1,600 (tech)
Meta: 16,000 (tech)
55,775 total tech layoffs in 2026
Now HSBC: 20,000 (banking)

This is no longer a tech story. It's every industry.

Bloomberg says early stage, no final decisions. But the direction is clear.

NFI helps businesses in every sector integrate AI proactively. Planned, not panicked.

The White House just released an AI framework. 7 pillars. Federal rules coming (White House, March 20 2026).

78 AI bills across 27 states already. Is your business ready?

5-point checklist:

1. AUDIT: Review how your AI handles children's data. Framework's #1 pillar is child protection.
2. LABEL: Make AI-generated content identifiable. IP rights and anti-fraud are key pillars.
3. SECURE: Protect against AI-enabled scams. The framework calls it a national security concern.
4. TRAIN: Start upskilling your team. The framework calls for AI fluency across the US workforce.
5. FLEX: Build compliance that adapts. Federal may preempt state rules, but the landscape keeps changing.

Step 5 is where NFI comes in. We build AI systems that adapt when regulations change.

The White House just dropped a national AI framework. 7 pillars. One goal: preempt state AI laws it calls "cumbersome" (White House, CNN, March 20 2026).

No new AI regulator. Congress told to act "this year."

This matters: 78 AI bills across 27 states. Washington, Oregon, Colorado already passed laws. The White House calls those "cumbersome."

Supporters: clarity, one set of rules, pro-innovation.
Critics: could weaken protections that are already working.

It's a framework, not law. Congress must pass it.

Either way, the rules are coming. NFI designs AI with modular governance that adapts when regulations change.

Anthropic refused to allow its AI for autonomous weapons.

The US government just called that an "unacceptable national security risk."

The DOJ filed a 40-page response defending the Pentagon's blacklisting of Anthropic. First time this label has been applied to an American company (Al Jazeera, SF Examiner, March 18 2026).

Government: Anthropic could "disable or alter its technology in a time of war."

Anthropic: "The Constitution does not allow the government to punish a company for its protected speech."

100+ enterprise customers have raised concerns.

Two legitimate positions. One question for every business deploying AI: what are your red lines?

NFI builds AI governance into the design, not as an afterthought.

55,775 tech workers laid off in 2026. Most companies cut people to fund AI.

It doesn't have to be that way.

5 steps to adopt AI without cutting your team:

1. IDENTIFY: Find automatable tasks, not jobs. 60% of jobs have 30%+ automatable work (McKinsey).
2. TRAIN: Upskill everyone to work alongside AI. AI augments experienced workers, substitutes entry-level (Dallas Fed).
3. REDESIGN: Restructure roles around what humans do best. Don't eliminate the person. Redesign the role.
4. PILOT: Test with one team first. 95% of pilots fail when you skip this (MIT NANDA).
5. MEASURE: Track output per person, not headcount.

Step 3 is the hardest, and where NFI comes in. We redesign roles around AI.

Nvidia just told the world: $1 trillion in AI infrastructure is coming by 2027.

GTC 2026 keynote highlights (CNBC, Nvidia blog, March 16 2026):

Vera Rubin: 7 new chips, 5 rack-scale systems, 40M times more compute over 10 years.

NemoClaw: open-source enterprise AI agent stack. Install in one command. Runs locally. Enterprise-secure. No cloud required.

DGX Spark: clusters into a desktop data centre.

Plus: DLSS 5, Uber autonomous vehicles, Level 4 self-driving from Nissan/BYD/Hyundai, 1M+ GPUs in AI factories.

The infrastructure is scaling. The technology is here. But who designs the workflows that run on it?

Nvidia builds the engine. NFI designs the vehicle.
