Currently working on Policy Track.
- A plugin for WordPress which allows site administrators to select which pages or posts on their website they would like a policy agreement section at the bottom of the post in which signed-in users can agree to the policy specified in the post.

Administrators and users both have their own policy compliance dashboard - each serving a different function.

From the dashboard, administrators can view which users have not yet agreed to policies and can send automatic email notifications to those users to remind them to review policies they haven't agreed to. Administrators can also set expiry dates and limits on their policy agreements and users can be automatically notified via email if a previously agreed to policy requires review. When creating or editing pages, administrators can add the Policy Track widget which will automatically sync with the administrator dashboard. For each policy post, administrators can select which users have to agree to the policy from either the dashboard or when editing or creating a post.

From the general logged-in user perspective - They can view from the dashboard or from the WordPress toolbar which policies they have not agreed to and can then follow a link to review the policy post or page.

This plugin is currently in development. Expect to see a follow-up post when the plugin is available for general use.

Allow me to introduce you to Curriculum Craft - another application under development by flowState InfoSys Solutions. Unlike Homin, which is primarily a mobile app (and still under development - more updates to come), Curriculum Craft is a browser-based application.

What does Curriculum Craft do?

Curriculum Craft is a subscription-based service which provides an environment for schools and other educational institutions to create curriculum and unit plans for each year level and course. To assist with this, Curriculum Craft will directly interface with the Australian Curriculum 9.0 without having to use clunky Word files and copy and paste back-and-forth from the Australian Curriculum.

This software will assist educators in real-time to make sure their unit plans, grading schemas etc are in line with the Australian Curriculum and are meeting required targets.

As well as this, Curriculum Craft will feature real-time reporting to leaders and decision makers of educational institutions so they can see an easy to digest overview of different year levels and courses and what is being focused on in their curriculum and what may need more attention. They can also review and approve educational materials produced by the software.

This software is being developed with continual consultation with educators and educational leaders.
