Mercedes Sprinter. Sounds horrible, buzzing, rattling, no bass.
Clearly the speakers are shot. The red one has obviously been “repaired” before and the black one “looked” ok.
Nevermind, we replaced these with a new set of Audison splits. And as a side bonus, upgraded the size from 5.25” to 6.5”!!!!
The OEM centre speaker was also disconnected to further enhance the detail from the new Audison speakers.

Holden Rodeo 1998. Yup even the older cars need help from time to time. In this case, the canopy made it hard to see behind, and more so when loaded.
Heavy duty camera paired witn a 7” clip-on mirror LCD to the rescue. As an added benefit, when he is ready, he can add a backup camera for hitching up to a trailer, and the LCD switches automatically.

Classic Holden WB wagon. Now enhanced with some modern tunes.
In this build, we replaced the factory radio with the Kenwood 560 unit because it has a CD player and Bluetooth. The front speakers are Infinity Reference 6.5” coax, and the rears are MTX 6x9 mounted in new custom boards wrapped in black carpet.
Time for a drive!!!!!

Time for some Jimny magic. Everyone who buys these loves the car, but hates the sounds. Until recently, changing the speakers was a bit of a mission. Now, thanks to Gold Coast Car Sound, adaptors have been made available to simplify the change. Designed to house the Audison 5” speakers, this is the easiest way to enhance the sound. Placing the tweeter on the window sail improves staging and definition too. While we were at it, the radio was also removed in favour of a Kenwood CarPlay/Android Auto unit. (We fitted a sub as well).
