Today's delight is this Samsung tablet.

It came to us in two parts. The screen went apart from the frame and did not turn on anymore, while it was a relatively old model that may not be worth repairing moneywisely.

Rather than replacing the whole screen for a big price tag, we did further check and research, it was proven as a common issue of this model, and we managed to get a cable from the supplier. The tablet is now back in perfect working condition after we replaced the cable.

This is a win-win-win story. Our customer saved a fortune flon repairing, we got business, and the device had a new life out of bin.

Have broken devices? Don't forget to check with your insurer! We have recently helped a customer save a fortune on replacing a broken screen of her laptop.

Our insurance report came with itemised costs, plus the quotation from Acer authorised parts provider was enclosed. It was approved by the insurer within a week, and our customer received full payment for the repairing.

A customer came to us today with this iPad, which looked perfect at first sight but not working. It had screen replaced in another shop and the screen stopped working soon after that, despite returning to that repairer for warranty, he had no success.
We inspected the iPad. The surprising discovery was the presence of numerous remaining small glass pieces and the frame was also bent. Most likely the screen got damaged once more due to uneven pressure at various points.
The job took us extra time to clean up the glass pieces and re-bend the frame, after all, we hope this customer will enjoy using this iPad again.

What can be done when the back glass on iPhone is smashed? You have two options: one is replacing the whole back housing, which is available on both genuine and after market parts; the second option is that we can use a laser machine to remove the glass pieces and fit on a new glass only so you keep most of the genuine parts for an affordable price.
