Yes, we are indeed open 9-3 Mon to Fri 🙂. We have however become aware that the faceless entity "Bing" search by Microsoft has been telling everyone we are closed on Monday and Open on Saturday. (makes sense now why the phone was ringing all day Saturday😋) This is not correct and yet another example of what happens when the corporate chooses to use A.I. to replace humans for fact checking.🤦. We are doing our best to address the misinformation from Microsoft. In the meantime, the hours listed by google are correct. Also, since people think we are closed on Monday, one positive for our customers means it's a great day to come in for 1 on 1 service with less waiting times 😝.

Since moving into our bigger store, one unexpected challenge has been the loss of our wheelchair ramp; not only impacting accessibility, but also creating a trip hazard at the doorway. After some research, we eventually connected with Rubber Tough Industries right here in Warragul. Alex there was exceptionally helpful; she had a custom ramp made for us in just a few days, and it fits perfectly. It’s made a huge difference for safety and access — for feet, wheelchairs, prams, and walking frames alike.
