GBS (Gunners Business Solutions) is looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to help keep the wheels turning across accounts, stock, licensing, and day-to-day operations. If you’re the kind of person who loves variety, can stay calm when it’s busy, and takes pride in getting the details right — this one’s for you.

What the role involves:
*Processing accounts payable and keeping financial processes accurate
*Reconciling client licences, processing orders, and assisting with warranty claims
*Receiving and distributing stock for the business and clients
*Answering customer calls and logging service tickets
*Supporting month-end, contract admin, and working across multiple vendor platforms

Who this suits:
*Strong admin/finance capability (especially accounts payable)
*Solid Excel skills (comfortable with data, not just basic entry)
*Quick learner with systems + great communication
*High attention to detail and able to juggle competing priorities
