🎯 Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Customer Sales Representative to join our team at KrayCode. You will be working with our Australian retail clients, reaching out to new and existing customers for follow-ups and offering new products to drive upsell opportunities.
🔍 Responsibilities
▪️Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on previous purchases and offer relevant upsells.
▪️Call provided leads to convert them into long-term, potential customers.
▪️Build strong customer relationships by addressing queries and providing tailored solutions.
▪️Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to align customer needs and maximize conversion.
▪️Maintain accurate daily reports and lead conversion status.
▪️Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine our sales strategy.
✅ Requirements
▪️Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
▪️Sales-driven mindset with confidence in cold and warm calling.
▪️Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus.
▪️Familiarity with the Australian market will be an advantage.
▪️Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
▪️Location: Onsite Position at Phase 5, DHA LHR
▪️ Working Days: Monday to Friday
▪️Working Hours: 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM (PKT)
