When The HelpDesk™ began in 1998, the technology landscape looked very different.
Since then, we've seen dial-up give way to broadband and the nbn™, desktop PCs evolve into an interconnected world of laptops, smartphones and tablets, and businesses move from local servers to Microsoft 365 and the cloud.
Cybersecurity, MFA, cloud storage, remote working and AI have transformed the way Australians use technology.
But through all that change, one thing has remained remarkably consistent:
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺.
That's what The HelpDesk™ has been about since 1998.
For more than a quarter of a century, we've helped Australians navigate changing technology — solving problems, protecting data, supporting Microsoft and Windows users, improving computers and helping people and businesses get technology working the way it should.
