🚨 Why I’m moving away from recommending HP Inc (and what’s changing at Bridge IT) 🚨
I’ve just completed a range of Lenovo Partner certifications, including:
âś” Infrastructure Solutions
âś” HPC (High Performance Computing)
âś” Data & Analytics
âś” AI Workstations & Sales
âś” Infrastructure Implementation & Configuration
This is all part of making sure I’m delivering the best possible outcomes for my clients.
👉 But this also comes after a decision I’ve been sitting on for a while…
I can no longer confidently recommend HP.
💬 Here’s why (real-world experience):
HP’s “Next Business Day Onsite Support” sounds great on paper…
But in reality:
❌ You’re required to spend hours troubleshooting before anything happens
❌ Jobs get delayed through approval processes
❌ “Next Business Day” often becomes multiple days — sometimes 10+ business days
❌ Clients are left waiting while critical systems are down
That’s simply not acceptable in a business environment.
🔧 What this means for my clients
Nothing changes if you already have HP — I’ll continue to support what’s in place.
But when it comes to new hardware and infrastructure, I need to recommend solutions I can stand behind:
âś” Reliable support
âś” Fast response times
âś” Vendors that actually deliver on their promises
đź’ˇ My responsibility
This isn’t about brands — it’s about risk.
If a vendor’s support model introduces delays and downtime, that becomes a real business risk.
And that’s something I won’t compromise on.
