Had a look back at what changed here this year, because that's the honest answer to how you end up on a list like this. Not all of it was our idea. A partner points out something that could be better, we fix it, and it ends up being one of the coolest things that help more of our amazing partners.

Succession in an MSP isn't a slide in a business plan. It's clients who only ever ring the founder, a retention rate you're terrified of breaking, and the line that finally makes letting go possible: if someone can do 80% of what you do, they're doing a good job.
