One thing we’ve learned in 30 years of building products is that the work may look different from one team to another, but it all connects, and the best products are never the work of one team alone.

Thirty years ago, we were a small team with a lot to build.

Since then, people have come through our doors, found their place, grown with us, and left their mark. Some have been here for decades, others joined just recently, yet each of them became part of something bigger than their own role.

That’s what these numbers really represent: people, their time, their knowledge, their ideas, and everything they’ve put into ZIRA along the way.

30 years of growing together, and we’re still building what comes next.

Somewhere between the first day in 1996 and this one, 30 years passed.

There were people who started the story and people who joined it along the way. Some are still here, some are far away, some were in the room that night, and all of them, in one way or another, left something behind.

Thank you to our people, colleagues, friends, partners, and clients for being part of the journey and for celebrating this important milestone together with us.

Nina Badrić and Mirza Sijerčić gave the night its music and its rhythm.
