Danas smo u našem uredu ugostili posebne mlade gošće! 🌟

U okviru omladinskog programa EC ''Nahla'' Tuzla , ugostili smo grupu vrijednih djevojaka koje ove godine završavaju srednju školu. Umjesto klasičnog predavanja, odlučili smo se za opušten i interaktivan razgovor – bez prezentacija, samo iskrena priča o tome kako izgleda rad u Personify Health.

Djevojke su imale priliku da upoznaju tim i atmosferu u kompaniji, čuju stvarna iskustva o različitim karijernim putevima, postavljaju pitanja o životu nakon srednje škole i fakulteta te dobiju bolju sliku o mogućnostima koje ih čekaju.

Vjerujemo da je mentorstvo i podrška mladima ključna za izgradnju samopouzdanja i jasnije vizije budućnosti. Hvala EC ''Nahla'' Tuzla na saradnji i djevojkama na energiji koju su donijele u naš ured! 💙

Povodom obilježavanja Svjetskog humanitarnog dana, tim Member Services odjela posjetio je Roditeljsku kuću Srce za djecu i uručio donaciju. Ponosni smo što smo imali priliku pružiti podršku porodicama i djeci kojima je ona najpotrebnija. 💙

We're proud of our colleagues who represented the team at this year's Tuzlanski maraton night 5k, proving that determination, teamwork, and perseverance don't stop at the workplace.

Each and ever runner gave it their all and enjoyed the evening, but a giant congratulations goes to our amazing Stela Maticevic for winning the 3rd place in overall women's category! 🥉👏🏻

A special ahout-out goes to Miroslav Vovna who took on the race with the youngest official runner, proudly wearing her own bib in the stroller - a reminder that some journeys are even more meaningful when they're shared. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who took part and inspired us to keep moving forward, one step at a time. Here's to many more finish lines together! 💙

Last week, our two members from Bosnia had the incredible opportunity to travel to Mokena, Illinois, for the Personify Health Implementation Onsite Training. Over three days, they joined colleagues from across the organization to learn, collaborate, and strengthen connections through sessions on implementation strategy, member experience, TPA operations, team-building activities, and leadership discussions. They celebrated achievements, shared knowledge, and enjoyed some memorable team events together.

"These face-to-face moments remind us that while we work across different countries and time zones, we are one team with a shared mission and vision. A big thank you to everyone who organized the event and made us feel welcome. We're heading back to Bosnia with new ideas, stronger partnerships, and lots of great memories." - they said.

Through this year’s Service Month, over a hundred (yes, a hundred!) Personify Health employees in Bosnia rose up to take part in volunteering activities and contribute to our community! It has been a month of emotional stories, but also of heartwarming moments, great satisfaction, and pure joy for what we all can do with just a few hours of our time on any given day.

This year, we spent our time clearing out public spaces like Slana Banja and Ilinčica, cleaning and decorating the yard of Centar Koraci Nade as well as the yards of safe houses to create a more comfortable and pleasant space, mowing around Tuzla Parents’ House for children with cancer, visiting and donating food to UDRUZENJE RUKE PRIJATELJSTVA , and taking some adorable dogs from Azil za pse “Nirina” for their daily walks and cuddles! As part of Service Month, we donated food, finances, and cleaning supplies where necessary.

We invite everyone to take a moment and think about what little thing you can do to make the world a better place today - be it picking up some trash on your way home, making a donation to an organization, or helping your elderly neighbour with carrying bags… and then, do it.

The timing doesn’t have to be perfect. Even little actions build up ❤️

Enjoy this little sneak peek into a crochet workshop by the wonderful here at Personify Health: there is nothing, and we repeat, *nothing* as cozy as that was. 😍

For a few hours, we learned the basics and progressed through them to come up with our very own creations - leaving the session rich with new knowledge, skills, and adorable mementos. 🐝
