পিএনসি সফট টেক এর শর্তাবলী
১. ভূমিকা
এই শর্তাবলী আপনার পিএনসি সফট টেক এর ওয়েব এবং মোবাইল অ্যাপ ডেভেলপমেন্ট পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি প্রবেশ করা বা ব্যবহার করা মানে এই শর্তাবলী পূর্ণরূপে মান্য করা।
২. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তির অধিকার
আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলির সাথে সংযুক্ত সমস্ত উপাদানের, যেমন সফটওয়্যার, কোড, ডিজাইন, টেক্সট, চিত্র, এবং গ্রাফিক্সের বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তির অধিকার পিএনসি সফট টেকের মালিকানা অধিকারী বা লাইসেন্স প্রাপ্ত। এই উপাদানগুলির অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।
৩. পরিষেবার ব্যবহার
আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি ওয়েব এবং মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের সৃষ্টি ও ডেভেলপমেন্টের জন্য প্রদান করা হয়, যা ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে সম্মত হয়। আপনি কোনও অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যে আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
৪. ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব
পিএনসি সফট টেকের একজন ক্লায়েন্ট হিসেবে আপনি সম্মত হন যে আপনি সম্মত স্পেসিফিকেশন এবং টাইমলাইন অনুযায়ী পরিষেবা সম্পূর্ণ করতে প্রয়োজনীয় সমস্ত তথ্য, উপাদান এবং অনুমোদন প্রদান করবেন।
৫. পরিষেবা ডেলিভারি
পিএনসি সফট টেক সম্মত সময় সীমার মধ্যে উচ্চ মানের পরিষেবা প্রদানে বদ্ধপরিকর। তবে, ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা হল অনুমান এবং তা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
৬. পেমেন্টের শর্তাবলী
পেমেন্টের শর্তাবলী ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে আলাদা চুক্তি বা পরিষেবা চুক্তিতে নির্দিষ্ট করা হবে। সমস্ত ফি সম্মত হিসেবে প্রদান করতে হবে।
৭. বাতিল এবং রিফান্ড
আপনি যদি পরিষেবাগুলি বাতিল করতে চান, আপনাকে আপনার পরিষেবা চুক্তিতে নির্দিষ্ট সময় সীমার মধ্যে পিএনসি সফট টেককে অবহিত করতে হবে। রিফান্ড ব্যক্তিগত পরিষেবা চুক্তির শর্তাবলীর আওতায় পড়ে।
৮. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনও ক্ষতি বা ক্ষয় থেকে পিএনসি সফট টেকের দায়িত্ব পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য প্রদান করা অর্থের পরিমাণের সাথে সীমিত।
৯. ক্ষতিপূরণ
ক্লায়েন্টরা সম্মত হন যে আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহার থেকে উত্থাপিত কোনও দাবি, ক্ষতি, বা খরচের জন্য পিএনসি সফট টেককে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন এবং হানিকর থেকে মুক্তি দেবেন।
