Hiring Sales Executive (Outdoor)
About Creator Choices:
Creator Choice is a B2B and B2C serving platform that serves students, restaurants, education consultant agencies, and personal brands. We conduct all social media to digital marketing aid to our restaurants, education consultant agencies, and personal brands on a monthly basis under B2B services. It conducts under contract we offer all sorts of solutions for them. And we groom students and youngsters under youth development programs with skill development courses and grooming sessions under the B2C service sector. hence, the applicant must just have a concern regarding the B2B field here for the job.
Job Responsibilities:
1. It will be a 9 AM to 5 PM job from Sunday to Thursday where you will have to conduct offline sales meetings with our potential customers in different locations within Dhaka city.
2. You will get transport costs and phone bills (if needed) for daily sales meetings.
3. You will have to confirm at least 5 to 6 clients in a month from your monthly sales meeting.
4. You will get an additional 5% commission upon every successful deal you crack.
5. Your daily reporting will be at 8 PM every day to your supervisor over google meet.
6. At the end of every month you will be required to submit an SOW report to your supervisor on your monthly activities summarization.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven
negotiation skills.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a
related field
· At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience is required.
Remuneration:
7,000 BDT - 9,000 BDT with a 5% sales commission
